Christi Conde is a Registered Nurse and a Reiki Master with nearly 30 years of experience in the field of Integrative Wellness. Christi specializes in Mindfulness and Stress Relief utilizing both Eastern and Western methodologies. Along with her private wellness practice, Christi is an instructor for the City of El Paso’s Employee Wellness Program and conducts wellness workshops in the corporate, medical, and education sectors. Christi is also the author of “The Messages of Light: The Journey of an Empath in the Discovery of Miracles,” a title invited to participate in The Los Angeles Times Festival of Books in April 2024.
